Job Description
  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: Initiate and receive calls to follow up on overdue invoices or claims.
  • Claim Follow-up: Contact insurance companies to check the status of pending claims and address any issues.
  • Denial Management: Identify reasons for claim denials and work towards reprocessing or appealing decisions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the system.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on collections activities and progress.
