Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and calibrate diagnostic laboratory equipment including analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, and automated systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for instruments used in clinical diagnostics (e.g., hematology, biochemistry, immunoassay).
• Collaborate with lab technologists and quality assurance teams to ensure equipment uptime and accuracy.
• Manage equipment documentation, service logs, and preventive maintenance schedules in compliance with NABL, CAP, or ISO standards.
• Evaluate new diagnostic technologies and support equipment validation and implementation.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and technical guidance to lab personnel on proper equipment use and care.
• Liaise with vendors and manufacturers for repairs, upgrades, and technical support.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience working in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory environment preferred.
• Solid understanding of diagnostic equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as NABL, ISO 15189, or CLIA.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
