Position Overview:

Cement Manufacturing will be responsible for leading the overall

operations, strategy, and profitability of the cement manufacturing business. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Leadership

* Define and execute the overall business strategy aligned with company goals.

* Drive expansion plans, capacity utilization, and market share growth.

* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure proactive business decisions.

2. Operations Management :

* Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across plants.

* Ensure high levels of productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.

* Implement lean manufacturing, automation, and best practices for operational

excellence.

* Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards.

3. Financial Performance :

* Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

* Monitor P&L, working capital, and financial KPIs to ensure profitability.

* Optimize cost structures, raw material procurement, and logistics efficiency.

4. Sales & Marketing :

* Work with sales teams to strengthen brand positioning and customer

relationships.

* Drive pricing strategies, channel development, and distribution efficiency.

* Explore new markets (domestic & export) for growth opportunities.

5. People Leadership :

* Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams across functions.

* Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and innovation.

6. Compliance & Stakeholder Management: 

* Ensure compliance with government regulations, statutory norms, and

sustainability standards.

* Build strong relationships with government bodies, industry associations,

suppliers, and business partners.
