We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer – Delivery to join our team. This role is focused on leading the end-to-end development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, strong software engineering principles, and a delivery mindset to ensure scalable, maintainable, and on-time software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for assigned components or features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Delivery Managers to plan and execute delivery milestones.
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development and delivery processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Maintain strong focus on delivery timelines, performance, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, Angular, Node.js).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in delivery-focused environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in client-facing delivery roles or product delivery in a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive delivery mindset.
