We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design and enhance visually appealing, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, modern web design trends, and front-end technologies. You will work closely with developers, marketing teams, and clients to create engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Design & Development:

• Design visually appealing websites with a focus on user experience (UX) and functionality.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Develop responsive web designs that work seamlessly across devices.

2. UI/UX Design & Optimization:

• Ensure an intuitive and user-friendly interface across websites.
• Optimize navigation, layout, and interactive elements for better usability.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for improvements.

3. Graphic Design & Branding:

• Design website graphics, icons, and other visual elements in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging landing pages.

4. Front-End Implementation (Optional):

• Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement design elements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

5. Collaboration & Project Management:

• Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest web design trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (a plus but not mandatory).
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and strong creative thinking skills.

Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
• Familiarity with SEO and website performance optimization.
