We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Electrical and Electronics Engineer to join our innovative product design team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing PCB hardware, wire harnesses, and system architectures for new products. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in electronics design, product development, and testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the design team to define requirements for new products.
2. Design and implement PCB hardware and wire harnesses to meet project specifications.
3. Select and integrate appropriate system architectures for new product development.
4. Define and implement test procedures for product development and production phases.
5. Conduct testing and validation of electronic components and systems.
6. Participate in end-of-line (EOL) testing and inward quality control procedures.
7. Work with electrical and electronics circuits to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
8. Support product assembly and testing processes as needed

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
2. Good problem-solving abilities.
3. Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
4. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
5. Good presentation skills.
6. Should be able to travel for business purposes.
7. Proficiency in circuit and PCB design, selection of analog and digital sensors, wire harness design, testing, and validation.
8. Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, functionality of different electronic sensors, digital and analog inputs/outputs, and basics of electronics and electricals.
9. Knowledge of embedded architectures and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, BLE/BT).
10. Experience with EOL testing and inward quality control procedures.
11. Knowledge of creating Analog and Digital Circuits.

Expected Qualification:

Completed Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:

• Electrical and Electronics
• Power Electronics
• Embedded Systems

Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year .

Benefits

1. Salary in the Training period of the first 12 months: INR 30,000/month for a Masters degree candidate and INR 25,000/month for a bachelors degree candidate.
2. After training and evaluation, you will be converted to Full-time employment and salary package will be revised.
3. If experienced, salary will be negotiated in the interview.
