Key Responsibilities:

- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and shortlisting candidates

- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates

- Maintain accurate records of candidate applications and resumes

Requirements:

- Fresh graduates or 0-1 year of experience in HR or recruitment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
