We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department, oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology infrastructure, and ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of all IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with leadership and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, network, systems, hardware, and software.
• Lead IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, system rollouts, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices in line with organizational goals.
• Oversee user support, IT helpdesk, and training programs to improve end-user experience.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols are in place and regularly tested.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget and resource planning.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements or innovations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cloud computing, security protocols, and software systems.
• Experience with IT management tools and platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365, AWS/Azure, firewalls).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA, or CISSP.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, data compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001), or ERP systems.
• Background in managing hybrid or fully remote IT environments.
