A motivated and organized Junior HR Executive ready to take charge of campus placement coordination and HR support functions. If your are people person with a passion for helping candidates kick-start their IT careers — we want to hear from you!

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Identify job opportunities for our students across various IT domains

✔️ Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers

✔️ Notify and follow up with students via email, phone, or other channels

✔️ Maintain communication with client companies regarding candidate progress

✔️ Build and manage strong placement partnerships with industry contacts

✔️ Keep student records updated and prepare monthly HR/placement reports

✔️ Support management with additional duties as assigned
