Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Collaboration: Working closely with the medical team, including doctors, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Patient Education: Providing patients and their families with information about their conditions, treatments, and self-care practices. Monitoring: Observing patients conditions, noting any changes or concerns, and reporting them to senior staff. Support: Offering emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times. Infection Control: Following proper infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases within the healthcare facility.
