We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior QA Team Member to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you’ll support the QA process to ensure our products and systems meet quality standards before they reach users. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing new and existing software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and report bugs clearly and accurately.
• Work closely with QA Analysts and Developers to identify, log, and track software issues.
• Help write and maintain test documentation, including test plans, checklists, and user guides.
• Support regression, functional, UI, and exploratory testing.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and QA review meetings.
• Learn and apply QA methodologies, best practices, and tools as part of the training process.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience:

• 0–1 years of experience in QA or software testing (internship or academic project experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with SDLC, bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), and test case management tools is a bonus.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with HTML, SQL, or basic scripting is a plus, but not required.
