We are seeking an experienced GCP-Centric Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions that leverage GCP services.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Architect end-to-end cloud solutions on GCP, ensuring they meet business requirements, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Cloud Migration: Lead the migration of existing applications and systems to GCP, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams on GCP best practices and cloud-native architectures.
• Infrastructure Management: Design and implement infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), data encryption, and compliance with industry standards.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, availability, and cost-efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain cloud architecture documentation, policies, and procedures. Provide training and knowledge transfer to technical teams.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine (GKE), BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage.
• Cloud Architecture: Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud architectures on GCP.
• Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of cloud security principles, IAM, and compliance standards.
• Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification is preferred.

🎓 Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 7–12 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on cloud architecture and 3 years specifically on GCP.
