We are looking for a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our aluminium glazing fabrication team at our Jigani location. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and be proficient in operating various fabrication machinery, including CNC Double Head Cutting Machines, Single Head Cutting Machines, and Copy Routers. This role is essential in ensuring precision and quality in our fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC Double Head Cutting Machines, Single Head Cutting Machines, Copy Routers, and other aluminium glazing fabrication equipment.

Interpret technical drawings and design specifications to achieve precise cuts and high-quality fabrication.

Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor repairs to keep machines running smoothly and efficiently.

Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications before final assembly.

Optimize machine settings to maximize productivity and minimize material waste.

Troubleshoot issues with machinery and coordinate with the maintenance team for any major repairs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years as a Machine Operator in aluminium glazing or similar fabrication.

Proficiency in using CNC Double Head Cutting Machines, Single Head Cutting Machines, and Copy Routers.

Strong technical understanding of machinery operation, with attention to quality and detail.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Basic knowledge of health and safety guidelines related to machinery operation.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with additional fabrication machinery is a plus.

Familiarity with CNC programming basics is advantageous.
