• Assist in onboarding new employees by conducting induction sessions, providing training materials, and ensuring smooth joining formalities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, workshops, and social events to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the exit process by handling grievances and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate joining formalities for new hires, including documentation verification and issuance of badges or other necessary documents.
• Provide support in managing employee grievances through effective grievance handling mechanisms.
