We at PharmEasy seek a Medical Content Writing Intern with a keen interest

in healthcare and medical writing. As a content intern, your primary responsibility

will be creating, researching, editing, and proofreading content for Medicine PDPs and blogs,

ensuring its accuracy and relevance. You will work closely with our content and SEO

team to enhance the website and keep it up-to-date.

This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and want

to build a career in medical writing, communications, or content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write clear, concise, and informative content for our website, tailored to a

broad audience, including both healthcare professionals and the general public.

• Thorough Research: Conduct in-depth research on medical topics, ensuring that content is

accurate, evidence-based, and current. Use reliable sources like peer-reviewed journals, medical textbooks, and trusted health websites.

• Content Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure it is free from errors, well-structured, and aligned with company standards. Ensure all content is grammatically correct, clear, and easy to understand.
• Update Website Content: Regularly update existing website content to ensure it reflects the latest medical research and guidelines. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all

articles.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., medical professionals, business

teams, and design) to enhance content and ensure its relevance.

• SEO Integration: Work with the Marketing team to incorporate SEO best practices into the

content to improve website visibility and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: Individuals from Medical, Pharma, or related degree programs (BPharm, MPharm, PharmD, BDS, MBBS) or a recent graduate (fresh graduate). A PhD

candidate is also welcome to apply.

• Interest in Medical Writing: Strong interest in writing and simplifying complex medical concepts for a general audience.
• Strong Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and present medical information in a clear, accurate, and engaging manner.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and

Inconsistencies in content.

• Writing & Editing Skills: Strong written communication skills and a solid understanding of grammar, syntax, and style. Previous writing or editing experience (academic or

professional) is a plus.

• Commitment to Accuracy: Understanding of the importance of accurate medical information and commitment to upholding high standards of factual correctness.
