Project Role: Product Support Tech Advisor

Key responsibilities:

• Test, debug and potentially automate ETL processes using PL/SQL and Json.
• Support the production deliverables and investigating production issues.
• Communicate with immediate supervisor and other project team members on the status of work-inprogress, both verbal and written communication
• Work very closely on production database/environment
• Update project, system, and other technical documents, as required
• Work in any of the shifts as demand by project
• Identifies and troubleshoots problems with software applications, recommends corrective action, and provides feedback based on client experiences to support product and process improvements.
• Closely collaborates with team, helps them to address critical issues, monitors the BAU activities and guide them to apply fix in place.
• Attends to calls/meetings with internal and external stakeholders and provides them regular updates, publish minutes of meeting and acts on the agreed action items on time.
• Performs deep investigation of reported incidents and publish Root cause Analysis reports to client to avoid recurring issues.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience in production L2 support
• Excellent debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good understanding about the production timelines
• Preferred experience in any MDM technologies
• Extensive experience with SQL, Java, Python, Json scripts and unix scripts.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
