Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to improve products and services.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
