Role & responsibilities Communicate with Internal team to get a clear view of their hiring needs Adhere to TATs and fulfil the requisition as per timelines Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels Schedule interviews as per stakeholder and candidate availability and follow up to close loop Present detailed candidate profile summaries and maintain trackers Performs other related duties as assigned by the reporting manager
