Spare Parts Executive

Location: Bangalore / Gujarat Locations

Experience: 1–4 years

Role Overview

Manage inventory, procurement, and issuance of spare parts for service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory & stock levels.

• Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for ordering.

• Issue parts to technicians as per job cards.

• Maintain GRN, invoices, and stock registers.

• Conduct periodic physical stock audits.

• Ensure minimum downtime due to parts shortage.

Requirements

• Diploma / Graduate.

• Experience in auto dealership parts department preferred.

• Knowledge of inventory systems & Excel.
