We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counselor with a passion for education and a strong sales acumen. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students on suitable academic courses and converting leads into successful enrollments through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling:
- Understand student needs and career goals through phone calls, video meetings, or in-person sessions.
- Provide accurate information about courses, curriculum, fees, duration, and career outcomes.
- Sales & Conversion:
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads via CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp to drive conversions.
- Handle objections and close sales with a consultative approach.
- Lead Management:
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective students.
- Track interactions and progress using internal systems (CRM/ERP).
- Ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads from campaigns.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Reporting & Feedback:
- Provide regular updates on performance and challenges.
- Gather student feedback and market insights to improve offerings and sales strategies.
