Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring overall satisfaction and success
- Own the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and SLAs
- Collaborate with internal project managers, architects, and technical teams to drive successful project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell, and upsell of services or solutions
- Monitor financial performance of the account, including revenue forecasting and margin management
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance updates with clients
- Proactively manage risks and resolve issues impacting delivery or client satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Participate in proposal development and contract renewals as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within IT services, consulting, or tech delivery
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering complex technology solutions
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and teams in a fast-paced environment
- Business acumen with a focus on client success and relationship building
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, digital transformation, software development, or enterprise solutions is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications
- Experience working with global delivery teams
- Background in enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, or custom software delivery
