• Directly manage Store Managers and Hub In charges and ensure timely delivery of SKUs to the customers.

• Strategizing and executing rapid growth and network development to build efficiency in bbaily operations.
• Improvement of the operational systems and processes in support of organizations mission. Ensure teams adherence to the processes while driving the City Operation Metrices.
• Proactively design process and systems with customer centric solutions thereby insuring operational growth at the designated city.
• Would be the Operation Team POC for all Sales, Customer Support and Process team.
• Should have hands on experience in data efficiency and understanding.

Experience of 4 - 6 years in last Mile delivery operations and would have worked at Mid- Senior level (logistics, Ecom, retail industry)

Managed a team size of around 300 individuals (across warehouses, hubs, distribution centers and delivery partners)

Education: B.Tech / B.E any equivalent other Bachelor degree.
