Job Description

Location: Salem

Position: Assistant Manager – HR (On-Roll)

Experience: 3–6 Years (Factory/Warehouse HR Operations)

CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (based on experience)

Openings: 1

Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations in a factory setup

• Manage Time Office, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, and Shift operations

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESIC, PF, TNPCB, DISH)

• Oversee contract labor management and statutory compliance

• Employee grievance handling and resolution

• Support recruitment and HR generalist functions


Eligibility:

• 5–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing/factory setups

• Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance

• Experience in Time Office, Payroll, and Contract Labor Management

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
