Job Description

Join BJS Home Delivery / BJS Distribution in a customer-facing role focused on voice and email support. You’ll be the key touchpoint between operations and customers, ensuring smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both inbound/outbound voice calls and central email inboxes efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries—ranging from order status to complaints.
  • Log and escalate customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-through.
  • Maintain CRM/internal systems with up-to-date order and communication details.
  • Liaise with dispatch, logistics, and other internal teams to uphold service standards.
  • Uphold professional tone and compliance with company protocols in all interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12th Pass or Graduate—BA/BCom preferred.
  • Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C customer service, preferably in logistics or delivery.
  • Proficient with MS Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

5 days working 2days off US process rotational shift and rotational off

One year voice experience candidate will get 29k take home 

2years experience they will get 33k take home
