Key Responsibilities
* Identify and evaluate tender opportunities across government and private procurement platforms (e.g. GeM, e‑Tender portals).Â
* Assess bid viability and perform bid/no-bid analyses to prioritize resourcing strategically.Â
* Prepare, structure, and submit comprehensive tender and bid documents in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.Â
* Ensure rigorous compliance, quality control, and submission timelines to prevent disqualification.Â
* Track bid progress, maintain documentation, and capture win–loss insights for continuous improvement.Â
* Conduct post-bid debriefs and analysis to refine future strategies.Â
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, procurement officials, and internal stakeholders.
