Outbound process: Up sell & cross- sell executive and certification courses Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers. Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode. Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions. Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counseling as per the time lines. Day Shift & no field work. Good communication skills in English and understanding of sales. Self motivated & Confident approach Assertive & Hardworking Attractive Rewards & Incentives above salary.
