Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Bangalore – Websenor Pvt. Ltd.

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0.6 – 4 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our sales and business growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of IT services, and a passion for generating leads and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, online platforms, cold calling, etc.)
  • Reach out to prospects and explain the company’s services
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development Manager or sales team
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
  • Assist in preparing proposals and documentation for clients
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met
  • Maintain records of interactions, leads, and conversion rates using CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
  • 6 months to 4 years of experience in sales or business development (IT industry preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and explain technical concepts in a simple manner
  • Target-oriented and self-driven personality
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools is a plus
