Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Visit RTO offices regularly to process registration and documentation for financed vehicles.
  • Coordinate with two-wheeler or four-wheeler dealers to facilitate smooth financing processes.
  • Generate leads through RTO touchpoints and field visits.
  • Educate customers and dealers on financing options and benefits.
  • Submit and collect necessary documentation, including Form 20, Form 21, insurance papers, etc.
  • Ensure timely submission and clearance of registration paperwork at the RTO.
  • Follow up with customers for any missing documents or signatures.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and submit to reporting manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with RTO officers, dealers, and customers.
  • Meet assigned targets for loans or registrations on a monthly basis.
