Job Title: Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, Sales Interns (B2B Sales)


Open Positions : BDEs - 15, BDMs - 2, Sales Interns - 10


Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 Fixed per month (based on experience and performance) + Incentives

Job Summary:


 We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager & Sales Interns to join our B2B sales team at Remark HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth within the B2B sector. This role will focus on selling HR services, staffing solutions, and other business offerings to corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential corporate clients across different industries for HR and staffing solutions.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demos to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of Remark HR’s services.

Client Acquisition: Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new B2B clients and convert leads into successful business relationships.

Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management team.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal departments such as HR, recruitment, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Negotiation & Proposal Management: Assist in drafting proposals, quotes, and contracts to align with client requirements and organizational capabilities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferably).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience for BDEs and 3 - 5 years of experience for BDMs in B2B sales, particularly in HR services or staffing solutions, Ed-Tech, IT Sales, E-Com. Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in identifying sales opportunities

Strong presentation and pitching skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage

Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

Knowledge of the HR industry and staffing solutions is a plus

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
