- One should be a solution provider with an inbuilt/acquired skill set of probing, objection handling, rebuttal, negotiation and presentation.
- Portfolio Management; efficiently handle & generate revenue from the existing/allocated client portfolio from the team.
- New Client Acquisition; achieve increased sales revenue by acquiring new clients across multiple industries.
- Motivate & guide team for cross-sell & upsell for better revenue generation from existing & new clients across multiple product category.
- Responsible for allocated region’s sales number & AR deliverable.
- Acumen on Business Development to expand his region’s portfolio & for sales revenue generation.
- Monitoring & reviewing team on Daily Sales/Activity Reporting on CRM/Excel/Available tool
