Role & responsibilities
- Drive tech enabled automation for all manual processes for OEM Operations
- Taking ownership of exception reports/analysis/fixing the issues and incidents leading to these exceptions
- Conduct UATs/Testing for new launches - products and OEMs
- Extensive liaison with OEM Channel Partners in case of Sales/Ops/Tech query
- Ensuring congruence between OEM systems and Digit
- Identify the gap that has led to premium mismatchs and timely closures
- Work closely with stakeholders to validate system functionalities, usability, and overall user experience.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on test results, highlighting any deviations from expected behavior.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to provide feedback and suggestions for system improvements
- Identify, track defects and issues discovered during testing and work with Stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and use cases
- Provide BOT requirements to simplify the process
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 - 5 Yrs experience in UAT and manual testing.
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in insurance industry is mandatory.
