Role Overview

Own end-to-end course execution — scheduling, faculty coordination, and ensuring smooth delivery of every session.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain course schedules, trainer calendars & Zoom links.

• Track student attendance and performance.

• Prepare weekly MIS reports on course progress.

• Collect feedback & drive improvements with training team.

• Manage LMS updates, uploads & content quality.

• Resolve student operational issues in real-time.

Requirements

• Strong organization & multitasking.

• Excel/Sheets proficiency.

• Experience with LMS tools preferred
