CRE Service (Customer Relationship Executive - Service)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service bookings and follow-ups.
Maintain customer database and update service records.
Inform customers about offers, service reminders, and satisfaction surveys.
Support the CXM and Service Advisors in daily communication activities.
Requirements:
Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Fluent in English and local language.
Good telephone etiquette and CRM software familiarity.
