Job Description

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for assisting patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services. The role demands strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

- Provide accurate information about our diagnostic services.

- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

- Handle complaints and resolve issues with a focus on patient satisfaction.

- Work closely with the laboratory team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Minimum2 -4 years of experience in a customer care role, preferably in diagnostics environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
