Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our marketing team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will assist in building strong customer relationships, managing inquiries, and providing marketing support. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with minimal experience to grow and develop in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide information about products/services and address customer concerns effectively.
  1. Marketing Support:
  • Assist in implementing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Share promotional offers and updates with customers.
  • Support the marketing team in research and data collection.
  1. Sales Assistance:
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close leads and meet targets.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Build and sustain positive customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction.
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to customer inquiries and sales leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree from a recognized university.
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English is a must.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
