Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Non-Voice Process (Chat and Email Support)

Note : We are open hiring freshers as well.


Responsibilities:


  1. Promptly respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
  2. Provide accurate product information and resolve issues.
  3. Assist with orders, deliveries, refunds, and account management.
  4. Identify and escalate complex issues for resolution.
  5. Maintain detailed records and follow up with customers.
  6. Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.


Requirements:


  1. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Prior chat and email support experience.
  3. Excellent written English communication skills.
  4. Strong typing and multitasking abilities.


Flexibility to work 6 days a week with rotational offs.
