Matrimony.com is hiring energetic and goal-oriented Customer Service & Sales Executives for our Bangalore branch. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer interaction and sales.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers who have registered on Matrimony platforms.
• Explain various membership packages and benefits clearly.
• Convince potential customers to purchase premium plans.
• Handle customer questions professionally and resolve queries.
• Follow up on leads and work to meet daily/monthly targets.
• Maintain customer details and call logs using internal tools.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any graduate
• Excellent communication and selling skills
• Languages: Fluency in English + any regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi preferred)
• Experience in telecalling / customer support / BPO / sales is an advantage
• Comfortable with targets and fast-paced calling environment
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM understanding is helpful

🕘 Work Schedule:

• 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
• Day shift (exact timing can be discussed during the interview)
