About the Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Support team. Hands-on exposure to real-world business communication, customer engagement, and service process management in the supply chain and equipment solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person queries.
• Log and track all issues raised, ensuring timely escalation and closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to resolve client-related challenges.
• Prepare customer reports, service follow-ups, and documentation as required.
• Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional post-sales support.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Any graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, or related discipline).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, email drafting).
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-first attitude.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
