We are looking for a Delivery Module Lead – Java Fullstack to lead the design, development, and delivery of a specific module or component within a larger application. This role blends hands-on Java fullstack engineering expertise with leadership and coordination responsibilities to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient engineer with strong delivery management capabilities and experience leading small to mid-sized teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of a software module using Java and modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to define module requirements and delivery timelines.
• Guide a team of developers in writing clean, scalable, and secure code.
• Perform code reviews, provide technical mentoring, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architecture principles.
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Ensure the module meets functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation and status reporting related to module progress and risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a team or module lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.) and frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and fullstack design patterns.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of security standards and testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Postman).
• Project or technical delivery certifications (Scrum Master, PMP) are a plus.
