Casagrand is hiring a Design Coordinator for the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) department. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating design activities, working with design teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Coordination:

  - Coordinate with MEP design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  - Review and coordinate design documents, including drawings and specifications

- Project Support:

  - Assist project managers with design-related tasks and activities

  - Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

- Collaboration:

  - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture, engineering, and construction

Requirements:

- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (or related field)

- Experience: Relevant experience in MEP design coordination or a related role

- Skills:

  - Strong understanding of MEP design principles and practices

  - Excellent communication and coordination skills

  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
