Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Conduct research, analysis, and testing to solve technical problems.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and project management.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Perform inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot system or product issues and develop corrective solutions.
• Use CAD software and other engineering tools to design and model components or systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.) or related field.
• Proven experience in an engineering role or similar technical position.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, Revit, or others depending on field).
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP, Six Sigma).
• Experience in project management or leading technical teams.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
