Job Description

Join our dynamic customer service team supporting Etihad Airways, one of the leading airlines in the world. As a Voice Process Executive, you will handle customer queries and provide support related to flight bookings, schedule changes, baggage policies, loyalty programs, and more, via inbound/outbound calls.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, special assistance, baggage claims, and Etihad Guest (loyalty program) queries.
  • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, policies, and travel requirements (e.g., visas, COVID regulations).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues within given timelines.
  • Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) and achieve high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Update call logs and CRM systems accurately after each interaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream preferred.
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 3 years in voice-based customer service (preferably in travel/airline domain).
  • Communication: Excellent spoken English with neutral or global accent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualification : Grad or UG with Min 6 Months of Exp Mandatory

            

Note : No Freshers


Shifts : Rotational Shifts 


Quality - 4+ { No MTI } Excellent communication


DOW : 5 days Working 2days off 


Location : 4th Floor, MSR North Tower, MS Ramaiah North City, Manayata Tech Park, Nagavara, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560045


Transport : 2 ways Transport { radius of 20 km } or 2k Travel Allowance 


Salary : 25k TH 30k CTC + Incentive
