Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage end-to-end onboarding for corporate employees – from induction to medical formalities

🔹 Coordinate with IT for email ID creation and laptop allocation

🔹 Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and employee surveys 

🔹 Handle data for biometric activation/deactivation

🔹 Conduct rota audits for the nursing department and generate reports

🔹 Maintain complete and compliant employee files

🔹 Manage email ID additions/deletions for the People team

🔹 Share data for platforms like Indeed and Ambition Box

🔹 Support backend tasks like follow-ups, calendar invites, and communication

🔹 Create engaging LinkedIn announcements and welcome posts

🔹 Add new joiners to internal WhatsApp groups
