Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding the right candidate.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on skill set, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards regularly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with HR and business teams for offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end hiring, preferably in IT/Consulting/Services industries.
- Strong in stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and negotiation.
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model – 3 days from the Airoli office.
