Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage field sales activities, including lead generation, customer visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or related field job (e.g., field work).
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
