Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients in person, and closing sales deals to help the company grow revenue. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to travel within the assigned territory, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to present products or services and close deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
