Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for interns, full-time roles, and collaborators
Build and manage onboarding, performance tracking, and team engagement systems
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and role definitions
Drive employer branding campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and WhatsApp
Develop and manage internal HR documentation, guidelines, and SOPs
Nurture a strong culture aligned with our mission, values, and growth goals
Support in building leadership pipelines and internal growth frameworks
Who Should Apply
2021 to 2024 graduates preferred (2025–26 can be considered for part-time roles)
Degree background: MBA (HR), BBA, BA in Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
Strong understanding of hiring processes, people operations, or team management
Experience with startups, early-stage teams, or fast-paced environments is a plus
Strong communication, coordination, and people-first thinking
Willingness to take ownership and learn rapidly across multiple functions
While the first 3–6 months will focus on building, learning, and contribution without fixed compensation, this is not an unpaid opportunity forever.
Post this initial phase, performance-based compensation will be introduced, including:
