BE/BTech - Polymer Technology/Chemical Engineering/Rubber & Plastic Technology (No Backlogs)
Year of passing : 2024 batches can apply
60% marks above in 10th and 12th

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Preparation & Release of process planning documents like MIS, Route card, PD, MOS, HWI, visual aids and other Engineering documents for approved projects to implement FPQ / FAI as per the agreed Timelines.
2. Prepare & Release the Requirement generation documents like EBOM, PBOM, SAP BOM Update for FPQ / FAI as per the agreed Timelines.
3. Raise indent to purchase department for procurement of raw materials, consumables, cutters, Hand tools or CAPEX Equipment required during FAI / LSP.
4. Study & implement Continuous improvement activities related to raw materials, consumables, cutters, cycle time reductions, suggestions for process, design improvements in the respective programmes.
5. Knowledge of GD&T requirements, CATIA, 3D VIEWER, MS OFFICE, SAP working on MM, BOM, Routing creations.
