• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents in the homeroom class.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Organize and supervise classroom activities, including field trips and special events.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being.
• Provide individual and group support to students to address academic and personal challenges.
