Responsibility-
- • Daily Facility Round and ensuring upkeep of facility
- • Ensure Repairs & Maintenance activities are tracked and closed within SLAs
- • Cafeteria operations monitoring
- • Vendor Management & development
- • Processing of invoices & ensure follow up with Finance team for timely vendor payments
- • Procurement of Admin Materials
- • Inventory to be maintained for all consumables like, HK material, Pantry material etc.
- • Ensure all vendor compliance documents are timely updated
- • ID, Access card management
- • Courier Management
- • Travel desk & Guest House Management
- • Client visits & Expat Management
Please note that this role will be contract for 1 year, depending upon your performance the contract period will be extended
